You’ll remember last time we talked about Henry Ford’s customers wanting a faster horse. This time, we’re going to talk a little more about your internal customers (your colleagues).

In business and in life, we tend to judge others by their worst actions, while we judge ourselves by our best intentions. We’ve surveyed thousands of people and asked about their internal customers (the people they work with or serve within their organization), and we consistently hear that departments and individual employees think they provide superior internal customer service, but don't feel they receive superior service from their colleagues.
